First stop — who's behind it

About Bluebird

A training home built by a clinician who's still in the room.

Bluebird grew out of a simple frustration: new therapists are handed a caseload and very little else. Nichole Rammell, LCSW, started the Institute to give clinicians the practical skills, ethical grounding, and confidence that graduate school rarely has time for.

As a practicing LCSW, group-practice owner, and clinical supervisor, she trains the way she wishes she'd been trained — concrete, warm, and honest about the realities of the work.

Hands-on workshops and multi-day intensives — like The New Therapist Boot Camp — that turn theory into things you can use Monday morning.

Keynotes & speaking

Conference keynotes, CE sessions, and team trainings on affirming care, supervision, neurofeedback, and ethical practice — engaging, evidence-based, and human.

Consulting & supervision

Clinical supervision and practice-building consultation for interns, associates, and group-practice owners who want a steadier foundation.
